Qualifications

• Graduate-level chemistry background or equivalent lab experience.
• Comfort across organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts that probe chemical reasoning: mechanisms, synthesis routes, spectra interpretation.
• Review AI output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra; rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, with attention to conditions and safety.
