Making Opportunity Count (MOC) is seeking fee-for-service clinicians to provide outpatient behavioral health care to children, adults, couples, families, and groups. This role offers strong hourly compensation, remote-work flexibility, and opportunities to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health fields.
• Experience serving diverse client populations.
• Comfort with telehealth and using an EHR.
• Massachusetts licensure eligibility or pursuing supervised hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy (individual, family, couples, group) using evidence-based practices.
• Serve diverse client populations within assigned caseload.
• Deliver telehealth from a private, professional setting.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and related documentation.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and partners.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams on interventions and client needs.
• Participate in supervision, peer consultation, and quality-improvement activities.
• Follow ethical standards, licensure, privacy, and organizational policies.
