Avera Health is seeking a Marketing Traffic Specialist to manage the day-to-day flow of creative and marketing projects, coordinating plans, milestones, and resources.

Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and translation partners to deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget. This role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years experience leading project management, production workflow, traffic management, business processes, or procurement.
• Knowledge of Adobe CS and Print Production.
• 1–3 years experience working within a large, diverse, cross-functional team or health care environment.
• 1–3 years experience with PM software, digital asset management platforms, print production processes, vendor management, and/or budget support.

Mansioni

• Manage intake and trafficking of campaigns and projects using project management software; maintain schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate production and delivery of creative, print, digital, templated, and campaign materials; ensure on-time, cost-effective quality.
• Lead or participate in production and cross-functional status meetings; communicate priorities, timelines, risks.
• Liaise between partners, internal team, media vendors, and print partners; obtain time/cost estimates; assist with invoicing.
• Support organization/maintenance of marketing assets in the DAM system; assist with folder structures and naming conventions.
