MSCCN is seeking a part-time Marketing Support Specialist to assist the marketing team with campaigns, content creation, market research, and analytics. This remote role supports day-to-day operations and contributes to growth in a dynamic marketing environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, solid communication skills, and experience with digital marketing tools. This is a part-time, fully remote, independent contractor opportunity within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in a marketing support or similar role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing).
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads).
• Create engaging content: blogs, social posts, newsletters, collateral.
• Support market research by analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Manage marketing calendar and coordinate content/campaign timelines.
• Monitor KPIs and provide optimization insights.
• Maintain and update the company website content aligned with marketing goals.
• Coordinate with vendors for design, printing, and services as needed.
• Provide admin support: assets, files, events/webinars logistics.
• Help keep CRM data clean and segmented.
