Aksia is seeking a Marketing Publications Analyst or Associate to craft marketing content that communicates complex investment strategies clearly while maintaining brand standards. The role supports the development, distribution, and upkeep of external collateral across pitchbooks, research, and press materials, with remote-friendly hours aligned to US Eastern time.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within asset management or financial services.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience.
• Demonstrated project management and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate clearly and elevate risks early.
• Basic understanding of branding and messaging principles.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with investment and client teams to develop marketing content from initial idea through execution.
• Design compelling narratives that comply with and enhance the framing of Aksia’s brand identity.
• Develop and maintain a marketing content roadmap to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate workflows for the creation and management of marketing collateral across teams, including collecting feedback and orchestrating updates.
• Work with the Marketing Publications team to ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to brand standards across all collateral.
• Assist with departmental projects and other opportunities as assigned.
