Storage Asset Management is seeking a Marketing Generalist to drive multi-channel campaigns and improve store performance. The role entails collaborating with internal departments, clients, and leadership, and supporting AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The position is remote with quarterly travel up to 20% to SAM’s managed stores, corporate office, and conferences. A valid driver’s license is required; operational flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience in the storage or retail industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges and opportunities, develop tailored marketing strategies, and implement initiatives that drive lead generation and store performance.
• Liaison between marketing and other SAM departments, overseeing regional store performance.
• Oversee regional marketing efforts to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate on region-specific marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Plan and schedule regular communications with revenue and operations of focus stores to provide support.
• Execute marketing strategies across digital, social, email, and traditional channels to increase leads and conversions.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
