DCX is hiring a Home-Based Marketing Designer to work full-time in a growth-focused U.S.-based business. You will apply graphic design and marketing skills to web design, social media visuals, infographics, and print collateral in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, time management, and strong English communication, with a focus on WordPress/Elementor expertise and cross-platform campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of production, marketing, or graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web layouts, with WordPress/Elementor experience preferred.
• Create visuals for social media campaigns across platforms.
• Produce infographics, case studies, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Design signage, banners, and print materials for events and displays.
• Create compelling presentation slides for internal and client-facing use.
• Edit photos and basic video editing including captions and audio tweaks.
• Develop product mockups and digital ads for campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
