Job summary

SandyPines Adolescent Residential Treatment Center is seeking a dynamic Remote Marketing Coordinator to promote our residential program and maximize referrals across the East Coast of Florida. The role requires travel within the territory and residency in Martin or Palm Beach counties.

The position supports our strategic marketing plan, with opportunities to develop new business and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, or Behavioral Health required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with minimal moving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide community training and education to SandyPines and partners.
• Research new markets and opportunities in the Southeast Region.
• Develop 40-50 qualified contacts per week to support admissions goals.
• Visit primary accounts, call, and mail to build trusted relationships.
• Attend conferences statewide, regionally, or nationally related to services.
