Job summary

The University of Nebraska Press (UNP) is seeking a Marketing Associate to manage and create content for all social media accounts, support online promotions, author requests, and design projects. You will coordinate with publicity to share review coverage and assist the marketing department with ongoing tactics as needed, including blurb outreach and other communications.

This position may be considered for remote work under the University of Nebraska’s Alternative Worksite program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient experience in Microsoft Office and standard suite of MS tools.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for all social media accounts for the Press.
• Assist marketing and sales manager with online promotions, author requests, and design projects.
• Coordinate with publicity on sharing review coverage to Press networks.
