The Marketing Associate role supports marketing and audience growth, coordinating weekly content releases, publishing assets, monitoring performance, and QA before go-live.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in marketing, communications, digital media, social media, publishing, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities for recurring deadlines.
• Comfort with digital platforms and social media, email, websites, and video channels.
• Experience creating or adapting visual content using Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing analytics to inform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Publish and QA videos, social posts, landing pages, thumbnails, captions, links, titles, descriptions, and metadata.
• Maintain WordPress landing pages, video catalog, and other digital properties.
• Prepare and publish derivative and promotional content.
• Manage recurring video launches and distribution across YouTube and social channels.
• Monitor comments and social activity; flag issues and respond as needed.
• Coordinate marketing assets, copy, approvals, and links for launches.
• Track video views, spend, social performance, and other metrics; produce biweekly reports.
