Virtual Staff 365 is seeking a Marketing Assistant to drive lead generation, brand building, and client marketing support. The role collaborates with the Head of Marketing to optimize e-commerce performance and produce high-quality collateral for clients.

Responsibilities span SEO, content, social media, email/SMS campaigns, and website updates on Shopify and WordPress. Ideal candidates will have a marketing or PR qualification and hands-on experience with Canva and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and basic design tools.
• Formal qualification in Marketing and Public Relations.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO and content optimization to improve lead generation.
• Create and schedule social media content across platforms.
• Assist with email and SMS campaigns and ad copy development.
• Support campaigns and updates on websites and landing pages.
• Develop client-facing marketing collateral and resources.
