Qualifications

• Experience driving demand generation campaigns.
• At least 4 years behind your own sales estimates.
• Comfort making sales marketing decisions in a TX market.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and close deals that meet or exceed quotas.
• Grow Realty Advantage Corp's community footprint with earned introductions.
• Build a year-round campaign calendar to fill Corpus Christi, TX pipeline.
• Attend Corpus Christi networking nights to generate follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast monthly bookings.
• Build and nurture relationships with Corpus Christi market prospects.
