RSM US LLP is seeking a Market Conduct Examiner to conduct reviews of insurance companies' operations to ensure compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities include performing targeted examinations and preparing detailed compliance reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of insurance experience. Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills are essential. This position offers the flexibility of working from home from any US location.

The compensation range for this role is $56 - $84 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years insurance experience with a State or Federal agency, insurance company or examination firm.
• Candidates must have completed or are pursuing professional insurance designations such as AIE/CIE, MCM, AIRC, FLMI, CPCU, or CLU.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive, targeted risk-focused market conduct examinations.
• Draft examination work papers and assist with report preparation.
• Analyze reports and records relating to insurance companies' operations.
