AuraOne, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Process Demonstrator specialist reviewer to evaluate AI outputs within manufacturing workflows.

This is a remote contractor position in the US, with responsibilities including grading workflow correctness, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric, and documenting the right next steps for model training. You will review real-world demos, flag escalation issues, and ensure accurate rubrics, with an expected weekly commitment of around 10

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in manufacturing process demonstrator specialist operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the policy or workflow being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current manufacturing process demonstrator specialist operations workflows, playbooks, and firm policy for Manufacturing Process Demonstrator assignments.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
