Summary:
Lender Finance originates both recourse and non-recourse transactions for commercial and consumer specialty finance companies. This line of business focuses on driving growth in revenue and assets for the bank, leading newly structured transactions as well as participating in other banks’ transactions.
The Managing Director, Transaction Management – Lender Finance is responsible for managing the team of Transaction Managers, working with internal partners to manage the underwriting of new transactions as well as changes to existing transactions. This role will contribute to helping the Lender Finance team balance supporting the Commercial Bank’s growth while ensuring a scalable, well-managed business.

Compensation Range: $190,000 - $255,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
