Job summary

CellCarta seeks a Manager, Quality Management System and Supplier Quality to lead QMS development and sustainment while harmonizing quality procedures and supplier programs. The role supports external audits and regulatory alignment in a 100% remote setting with cross‑functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes supplier qualification, audit management, and quality agreements, requiring fluency in English and French, strong communication and project management in GMP/GCLP environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' industry or related experience, 2 years of audit experience.
• Knowledge and experience with supplier quality systems GCLP and GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO15189 framework and CAP/CLIA requirements.
• Experience interfacing with suppliers and aligning on a quality agreement framework.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for different stages of development and global regulations.
• Proficiency in English and French, with ability to read and draft documentation in English.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex quality agreements.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve harmonized policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Establish reports to gather and analyze quality data for Corporate Management Review.
• Coordinate document control, including revisions, training, and policy issuance.
• Support Supplier Quality: classify/qualify suppliers, audits, quality agreements, SCAR, and supplier list.
• Develop and execute an IT third party vendor management program.
• Act as key team member for SDLC, including planning, requirements, risk management, design, verification, validation, release and change management.
• Participate in ISO audits (ISO 27001, 13485) and serve as QMS subject matter expert.
