Formación

• 10 years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience.
• 5+ years of related experience within an IT Operations environment with a bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of management experience in related field.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and have attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide thought leadership within assigned tower and Business Unit.
• Provide technical support for SW solutions and direction to Team Leaders.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance.
• Maintain weekly project management documents and align with client BU activity.
• Manage team ticket queue and follow up on aging tickets.
• Provide risk assessment and risk management.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and set quarterly/yearly goals.
• Attend and facilitate client/team meetings as applicable.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Own performance and career management through regular one-on-one meetings.
