Job summary

Oruka Therapeutics in the United States seeks an experienced Manager, Clinical Data Management to lead data management across Phase I–IV studies, ensuring high-quality, regulatory-compliant data. You will supervise CROs and vendors, drive database design and validation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines, budgets, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in clinical research with 5+ years in Clinical Data Management.
• Experience leading data management across Phase I-IV trials.
• Experience managing CROs and external vendors.
• Proficient with major EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, Medrio, Veeva CDMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities for Phase I-IV trials.
• Oversee CRO data management activities from start-up to database lock.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP) and SOP adherence.
