Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of management theories, organizational behavior, and strategic planning.
• Ability to explain classical and contemporary theories and motivational frameworks.
• Experience guiding students through case studies, SWOT, and strategic tools.
• Adapts instruction using case studies, group activities, and simulations.
• Strong communication and an engaging teaching style.
• Ability to tailor teaching to different learning styles and student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions in management.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests as available.
• Integrate Harvard Business School case studies and simulations.
• Invoice for sessions and manage scheduling and pacing.
