Job summary

Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Donor Advisor, Major Gifts to advance our mission by cultivating and soliciting high-impact donors. You will manage a portfolio of 100–125 major donors, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive philanthropic revenue and expand the major gifts pipeline.

Position is remote in Florida with up to 50% travel; salary range is $103,000–$130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years fundraising experience with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Ability to cultivate, solicit, and close six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and donor strategy development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present clearly and quickly.
• Proven collaboration with senior leadership and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal portfolio of approximately 100-125 major donors and prospects.
• Develop personalized donor strategies to deepen engagement and increase philanthropic investment.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue and activity goals.
• Grow the major and strategic giving pipeline within assigned chapters.
• Build and execute six- and seven-figure solicitation strategies.
• Represent the Association at donor meetings and events.
• Ensure accurate CRM data and reporting; monitor progress toward goals.
