Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide CA Top Secret administration and security support.
• Process access requests and manage adds, changes, removals.
• Troubleshoot access and authentication issues.
• Support Natural/COBOL applications, incidents, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Work ticket queues for incidents, requests, and service tasks.
• Support general mainframe operations, including batch and production issues.
• Assist with audit requests and access reviews.
• Support batch processing and job scheduling using CA7.
• Perform mainframe certificate renewals and started task account support.
• Support enterprise mainframe key rotation activities performed twice annually.
