Ensono is seeking a Mainframe Systems Programmer to plan, install, test, administer, and maintain VTAM, TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, and mainframe network software. You will diagnose problems, support client networks, and participate in client discussions as needed.

The role requires 5+ years of mainframe networking experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Remote work options are available with occasional on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ mainframe networking experience is preferred with overall mainframe systems experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan, administer, and maintain mainframe Network-related software.
• Configure interfaces to subsystems and coordinate changes.
• Diagnose and resolve mainframe Network-related problems.
• Adhere to ITIL, Change and Problem Management processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain system availability and performance per service agreements.
• Monitor and report on system performance and reliability.
• Drive efficiency through automation and templates.
• Keep informed on latest industry trends and technologies.
• Train Associates and clients on upgrades and products.
