Clinician Nexus is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data Science team. You will develop and deploy ML models and advanced data analytics solutions to solve real-world problems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract meaningful insights and build scalable ML solutions that drive data-informed decisions. You will design and optimize ML pipelines, including LLM-based systems, and write production-grade Python code while partnering with Product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience for Bachelor
• 3+ years for Master or higher
• Fluent in Python (3+ years) coding
• Experience with LLM architectures and Generative AI
• Hands-on with RAG pipelines and LLM orchestration frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML solutions including traditional ML and LLM-based systems
• Write clean, production-quality Python code
• Work with large datasets to clean and analyze data
• Implement ML algorithms and tune models
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights
• Develop scalable pipelines for data processing and model deployment
• Evaluate model performance and iterate improvements
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay updated on latest ML trends
