Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting and/or Accounting Methods experience.
• J.D. and Tax LL.M. degrees required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in large law or accounting firms or with IRS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues, including various structuring topics.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos for internal and client use.
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
• Support firm-wide trainings in federal income tax and due diligence on M&A.
