CXG is seeking evaluators to visit luxury stores or evaluate online experiences as part of our global customer experience platform. Each in-store visit takes about 20 minutes, with multiple assignments available monthly across prestigious brands.

You will observe ambiance and service quality, then provide honest feedback through our platform. Flexible assignments, potential reimbursements for purchases, and a user-friendly CXG Live platform enable easy management of missions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities
