You will develop personalized care plans, collaborate with primary care providers and psychiatrists, and document outcomes to support coordinated, patient-centered care. The role requires a Master’s degree and OH licensure, with up to 50% travel, and offers compensation up to $45/hr.

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPCC or LISW license in OH.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Excellent telehealth proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
