Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows and global operations.
• Ability to communicate complex logistics concepts clearly in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
• Proven analytical skills and experience identifying process improvements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide input on logistics documents (packing lists, bills of lading, inventory registers) for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to highlight best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in current supply chain workflows based on real-world experience.
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics-related scenarios, focusing on document structures and process optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Participate in QA processes by validating relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
• Contribute to creation of training materials reflecting industry standards and supply chain challenges.
