You will review packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers; create annotated samples; evaluate workflows; provide feedback; and help develop training resources reflecting industry standards. Fluency in English and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on logistics and supply chain management experience, particularly with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and experience identifying process improvements in logistics.
• A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment and deliver timely, high-quality work.

Responsabilités

• Review, analyze, and provide input on packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
• Create and annotate sample documentation that demonstrates logistics and supply chain management best practices.
• Evaluate supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on practical experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, document structures, and process optimization.
• Clarify project requirements and explain complex logistics concepts clearly to project teams.
• Validate the relevance and accuracy of supply chain datasets as part of quality assurance activities.
• Help develop training materials and resources that reflect industry standards and complex supply chain challenges.
