Job summary

The Gibbons Group is seeking driven individuals to join our team as life insurance sales professionals. You will be trained to distribute our Living Benefits Life Insurance in local communities, with a fully remote setup and flexible part-time or full-time options.

You’ll work with a platform that includes coaching, training, and support, and income grows with production—no cap. Expect regular Zoom training and in-person bootcamps to accelerate your success.

Qualifications

• Personable with strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a life insurance license.
• Motivated self-starter comfortable with remote work and performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Sell living benefit life insurance products to local communities.
• Engage leads via platform trainings and coaching sessions.
• Participate in Zoom training calls and in-person bootcamps as needed.
• Build and maintain a client base with no cap on income potential.
