Job summary

Hire Emerald is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to own post‑closing servicing workflows for private real estate lending. The role is fully remote from Latin America and requires 1.5+ years of U.S.

hard money or private lending servicing experience, with advanced English and strong attention to detail. You will board funded loans with a third‑party servicer, manage construction draws, monitor maturities and delinquencies, and provide proactive borrower and partner support.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years in a U.S. hard money or private real estate lender servicing business‑purpose loans.
• Experience with construction draw management, payoffs and extensions.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Board funded loans with the third‑party servicer and validate terms, balances and maturities.
• Manage construction draw requests end to end, including budget checks and disbursements.
• Monitor maturities, extensions and payoffs, review servicer calculations and documents.
• Identify inactive or stalled loans and escalate risks.
• Respond to borrower and partner questions until resolved.
