Job summary

Rain City Capital, a private real estate lender, seeks an energetic Loan Partner to support its top loan officers from a remote setting. You will work closely with the Sales Director, assisting with pipeline management, processing tasks, and client communications to keep loans moving from application to funding.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mortgage-related roles, strong communication, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage, real estate or banking.
• Experience in business purpose lending a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work out complex problems.
• Experience using an advanced CRM as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities.
• Able to work additional hours when needed and attend weekly meetings during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Director and loan processing team to support origination activities.
• Manage the Sales Director's pipeline to move loans through application, processing, underwriting and funding.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, loan officers, processors, underwriters and servicing partners.
• Communicate underwriting guidelines and loan conditions to borrowers and resolve issues quickly.
• Build loan files in the CRM with processors and collect missing items for conditions.
• Support loan servicing, including contacting clients for past-due payments and extensions.
• Organize contacts in the CRM and participate in networking events to build borrower relationships.
