Required licenses include LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT with a valid NPI and WA licensure. Telehealth capability is mandatory, and a sign-on bonus for in-person sessions may apply if an office space is available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Contractor role for LMHCs under a 1099 arrangement.
• Decide your own schedule with full autonomy.
• Rula handles billing, claims, the EHR, and tech support.
• Deliver therapy sessions and complete notes per client care.
