Renewal Springs Counseling, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote role serving clients in New York and beyond. The counselor will provide evidence-based therapy, conduct intake and diagnostic assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans using CBT and DBT.

• Must hold NY LMHC license.
• Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and establish treatment interventions.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and create case histories for treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using CBT, DBT, and evidence-based modalities.
• Provide consistent supportive counseling to a designated caseload.
• Engage in regular case consultations and document client progress.
• Maintain confidential professional records and adapt plans as needed.
• Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality.
