Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. LMHCs and other licensed therapists can join as 1099 contractors, with no minimum caseload and schedule autonomy.

Providers deliver telehealth sessions (53 minutes) and receive compensation of $80 per hourly session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for cancellations and denied claims. Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) in good standing.
• Able to provide telehealth services.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential client care.
• Knowledge of insurance enrollment and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients (individuals, couples, families).
• Complete client notes and maintain accurate records in the EHR.
• Coordinate with billing/claims team as needed; admin handled by Rula.
• Adhere to licensing requirements and maintain credentialing status.
