Job summary

Rula is expanding its behavioral health network and seeking licensed LMFTs/LICSWs/LMHCs to provide telehealth therapy to clients in the WA region. Providers maintain 53‑minute sessions and get paid per hourly session with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit.

As a 1099 contractor, you decide your hours, handle notes, and work with Rula to grow your private practice. Rula handles insurance, billing, and claims, offering robust admin support and ongoing clinician development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions and core clinical care.
• Complete notes in the EHR after each session.
• Coordinate with billing and claims processes as part of admin support.
• Manage schedule availability and client care in collaboration with the Rula team.
