Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians and offering telehealth opportunities nationwide. Licensed LMHCs (or LMFT/LICSW) can join as contractors and choose their own schedules with complete autonomy.

The role includes session-based pay of $80 per 53-minute session, with direct deposit every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and cancellations. Providers have no minimum caseloads and receive full administrative support from Rula for billing, insurance enrollment, and EHR

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC as required for WA practice.
• Valid NPI on file.
• Must hold licensure in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions across the network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth LMHC sessions to clients as part of the Rula network.
• Maintain session notes and treatment planning in the EHR.
• Coordinate with billing/claims team and ensure documentation compliance.
