Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. This opportunity offers schedule autonomy and the ability to see clients via telehealth, with a focus on high-quality behavioral health care.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), paid biweekly, with payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. New providers can receive a $20 increase to base pay for every in-person session when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington.
• Valid NPI on file.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LMHC telehealth sessions to clients in Washington.
• Maintain accurate notes and use the EHR and billing systems as directed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical quality initiatives.
