Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering telehealth sessions to clients nationwide.

Providers receive credentialing support, biweekly direct deposit, and the freedom to set their own schedule. LMHCs, LICSWs and LMFTs can join, provided they hold Washington licensure, possess an NPI, and can offer telehealth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to clients via telehealth within the Rula network.
• Maintain schedule autonomy and manage sessions with clients.
• Adhere to contractual terms as a 1099 independent contractor.
