Job summary

Providers work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy, accepting clients through Rula’s referral system and handling sessions and notes while billing and insurance processing are managed by the company.

LMFT/LICSW/LMHC licenses required along with valid NPI and Washington state licensure. Telehealth capability is essential, and remote work is supported with nationwide reach.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Maintain client notes and documents; admin handles billing and EHR.
