Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians. This is a remote contractor role where clinicians render LMHC/LMFT/LICSW services via telehealth, manage notes, and coordinate scheduling with Rula’s support team.

Professional licensure in Washington and a valid NPI are required. Rula provides billing, insurance handling, and dedicated support, plus schedule autonomy and referral opportunities in a growing telehealth network.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW or LMHC licensure.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state and able to provide telehealth.
• Valid NPI number and telehealth-capable.
• Experience in private practice or contractor roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT/LMHC/LICSW sessions to clients.
• Manage notes and documentation within standard EHR systems.
• Coordinate with Rula for scheduling and billing support.
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
