Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and full scheduling autonomy, delivering telehealth sessions to clients.

LMHC/LICSW/LMFT licenses in WA are required, along with a valid NPI and ability to provide telehealth. Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute hourly session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection for no-shows and denials.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT in Washington State.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed behavioral health services to clients via telehealth in WA.
• Handle session notes; Rula manages billing, claims, EHR, and admin tasks.
• Maintain schedule autonomy and participate in provider referrals as needed.
