Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. This is a 1099 contractor role with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy. You’ll focus on delivering high‑quality LMHC services to clients via telehealth, while billing and administrative work are managed by Rula.

You must be licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) and hold a valid NPI. In-person sessions offer an additional $20 per session in certain cases.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Manage scheduling autonomously and see clients as available.
• Handle notes and charting while we bill insurance and manage claims.
