Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and inviting LMFT/LICSW/LMHC to join as 1099 contractors. Providers enjoy complete schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and support with insurance, billing, and EHR.

Remote work is available, with additional incentives for in-person sessions where space is available. Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and bi-weekly direct deposit, plus protection against no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT/LICSW/LMHC sessions.
• Maintain client notes and session documentation.
• Engage in private practice via the Rula platform with scheduling autonomy.
