Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington for telehealth.
• Telehealth capable and ready to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain client notes and treatment plans within the EHR system.
