Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW or LMHC licensure in Washington.
• Valid NPI number and ability to provide telehealth.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and meet state requirements.
• Comfort with 1099 contractor arrangement and private practice setup.
