Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mental health therapy is preferred.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health services through in-home visits or teletherapy.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic counseling.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust service plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
