Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. As a 1099 contractor, you will have schedule autonomy and the ability to see clients via telehealth, with no minimum caseload.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula handles admin, billing, and EHR support while you focus on care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) to clients.
• Complete notes and assessments in the EHR.
• Coordinate with insurance/billing handled by Rula.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing clinical development.
