Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. We operate with 1099 contractors who set their own schedules and have no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin.

LMHC clinicians are compensated at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims, plus access to referrals and support opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI number
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions
• Complete session notes and billing in EHR per company policy
