Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. We offer a flexible telehealth model for LMFTs, LICSWs, and LMHCs with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. You will focus on delivering high-quality client care while Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks.

Providers are 1099 contractors and can credential quickly with our partner insurers. In-person sessions offer a $20 pay boost, and direct deposit occurs biweekly with payment

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Washington.
• Document sessions and notes in the EHR per policy.
• Rula handles billing, claims and admin; you focus on client care.
• Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing CEU learning as offered by Rula.
