Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed therapists in WA and nationwide. Therapists work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering telehealth sessions to clients while Rula handles billing, claims, and admin.

Compensation includes $80 per 53-minute session, with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows. Providers set their own schedules and receive dedicated support and credentialing help to see clients quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in WA
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients in WA and beyond
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation
• Manage scheduling and client referrals with Rula admin support
• Collaborate with the Rula network to ensure quality care
